For Employers
How do I get started?▼
Sign up as an employer, add funds to your wallet, and post your first case. The assignment engine handles the rest.
What information do I need to provide per case?▼
Candidate name, full address with PIN code, and any urgency flag. Optional: phone number and email for candidate.
How long does a verification take?▼
Standard: 48 hours. Urgent: 24 hours. Remote area: 72 hours. These are SLA commitments, not estimates.
What happens if the agent can't reach the address?▼
The agent documents the visit attempt with GPS proof and photos. You receive an 'Inconclusive' report with full details.
Can I upload bulk cases?▼
Yes. Download our CSV template, fill in your cases, and upload in bulk. The system creates and assigns all cases automatically.
How do I download reports?▼
From your employer dashboard under Reports. Each case generates a professional PDF with all verification details.
For Field Agents
What documents do I need to register?▼
Aadhaar card, PAN card, and a live selfie. Plus your bank account or UPI details for payouts.
How long does approval take?▼
Admin review typically completes within 24 hours. You'll receive an SMS once approved.
Is training mandatory?▼
Yes. All 5 modules must be completed and passed (80% score) before you can accept assignments.
How do I get paid?▼
Earnings are credited to your agent wallet after QA approval. You can withdraw to UPI or bank account any time the balance exceeds ₹100.
Can I reject a case?▼
You can let an assignment expire if you can't take it. However, repeated rejections affect your completion rate and tier.
What if I visit the wrong address?▼
GPS validation will flag the discrepancy. Always verify the address on the app before visiting.

How do you prevent fake verifications?▼
GPS geofencing, camera-only photo capture (no gallery), device fingerprinting, timestamp validation, and independent QA review.
Is my data secure?▼
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We comply with applicable Indian data protection guidelines.
Can I white-label the platform?▼
Yes. Enterprise accounts can deploy a white-labeled version. Contact us for details.
